Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following eight businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

• Alleyne Consulting Group LLC, located in Cambria Heights, NY, is an IT consultant. 

• Colorful Dots LLC, located in Brooklyn, NY, provides custom computer programming services.

• Anthony J. Russell d/b/a/ Russell Worx, located in Buffalo, NY, specializes in general construction.

• USM Construction Corp, located in New York, NY, specializes in construction management.

• DHC Real Estate Services LLC, located in New York, NY, is a full service real estate commercial brokerage and services firm.

• OCM Construction Inc., located in Blasdell, NY, installs HVAC, sheet metal, and plumbing and piping equipment.

• North Creek Landscapes Inc., located in Upper Hamburg, NY, specializes in general site work and landscaping.

• LFH LLC d/b/a Kodiak 5 Solutions, located in Rochester, NY, provides business management services.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of June 11, 2018, a total of 504 businesses have been certified.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
