Six Companies Receive New York State Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification

Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following six businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

  • Waterhorse Adventures LLC, located in Glens Falls, NY, specializes in scuba diving and underwater construction.
  • The Trinity Firm Inc., located in Hamburg, NY, provides private investigation for law firms, corporations, and individuals.
  • Bobby K. Entertainment Inc., located in Elmira, NY, is a mobile entertainment company.
  • RJ Williams Group PLLC, located in Webster, NY, is a full-service accounting firm.
  • Design 3 Technical Services LLC, located in Alden, NY, provides building construction services.
  • Rafferty’s Photography, located in Fort Drum, NY, specializes in photography and video services.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of June 5, 2018, a total of 491 businesses have been certified.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
