In the event your company is awarded a ReCharge NY power allocation, an interval meter must be installed if not already present, prior to National Grid delivering the allocation. Total capitalization represents the value of the business at the FACILITY applying for an allocation, generally defined as the total long-term debt and all types of equity of a company that constitutes its capital structure.
